Shipping & Handling Information

Thank you for your patronage. We appreciate your order. Please note the below shipping and handling times. 

All regular orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) before shipping out. Shipping can take anywhere between 3-5 days once in transit and may be delayed during peak shopping time or pandemic-related delays. We will contact you via email if there are any extenuating circumstances related to your order.

All preorders and special products will have their estimated shipping and processing time listed within the product description.

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. 

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Please ensure that you add your shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for lost or missing items due to customer error.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any items once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your order is lost or stolen during the delivery process, we can provide you with instructions for filing a claim with USPS.

If you have a large order, international order, or would like your order expedited, you may be charged an extra fee. Please email h[email protected] for more information.
