Due to the nature of our business, specifically the fact that all of our products are manufactured when ordered, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds on orders once processing begins.
If your order is returned to us because you have not claimed your package or multiple delivery attempts have been made, etc., it is your responsibility to pay the reshipping fee to receive your order.
Returns due to customers error
Since we print to order, in most cases, we are unable to process returns or exchanges due to customer error. Please be sure to confirm the correct size, color, and/or product before ordering. If you have questions about a product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering so that we can answer any questions that you may have. There are also size charts available on the site.
Due to the speed at which we work to process orders, we may not be able to modify your order once it’s placed. Should you need your order modified, please email us immediately at email@example.com and we will handle requests for modification on a case-by-case basis.
If you receive a defective item, we are happy to replace it for you. Replacement of defective items will require you to send us a picture of the item and proof of purchase. Once confirmed by our team, the item will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen while en route to you. If your order is lost or stolen after it leaves our warehouse and while en route to you, we can provide you with instructions on how to file a claim with the appropriate postal service.
