If your order is not received, or is damaged in any way, or if you receive the wrong order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and your claim will be handled on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen while en route to you. If your order is lost or stolen after it leaves our warehouse and while en route to you, we can provide you with instructions on how to file a claim with the appropriate postal service.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges due to customer error when placing an order (such as the wrong size, number of items, wrong color, etc. )
